Delete account
How to delete your account and what happens to your data.
This applies to the PlanoQuita app, by Doppes Hub. You delete your account in the app itself, whenever you want, at no cost and without giving a reason. If you no longer have the app, ask by email.

In the app
Delete it in the app itself.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you want to keep your data, first request a copy, under Profile, Privacy.
- Open PlanoQuita and sign in to your account.
- Tap Profile, in the bar at the bottom.
- Scroll to the end of the screen and tap Delete account.
- Confirm with your password. If you sign in with Google or Apple, you confirm with the account you use to sign in.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm. Deletion starts right away. If your email is confirmed, you get a notice there.
Without the app
Ask for deletion by email.
If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, write to privacidade@planoquita.com.br from your account email, asking for deletion. Before erasing anything, we confirm the request is yours, so that no one can delete someone else’s account. When the deletion is done, we let you know by email.
What is erased
Erased with the account.
- Your sign-in account and your profile
- Your financial data: income, fixed expenses, balance and emergency fund
- Your debts, payments, check-ins, extra income and unexpected expenses
- Your diagnosis, the current plan and the completed plans
- Your reports, history and notifications
- The copy stored on your device
- The app usage measurement data linked to your account, through its own deletion routine
What is kept
The little that is kept, and for how long.
After deletion, we keep only what the law or the security of the service requires, always separate from your account.
- Proof of acceptance of the Terms and the Policy
- Without name, email or IP address, linked to you only by a code that does not reveal who you are. Kept for up to 5 years, for the defense of rights.
- Support requests
- Without the data that identifies you, for up to 180 days.
- Technical records of Assistant use
- Without the content of what was sent, for up to three months.
- Backups
- They expire on their own within 14 days.
- Team decisions about the account
- If our team made a decision about your account, such as correcting data, the record is kept without the account identifier, for the defense of rights and compliance with legal obligations.
- Operation and security records
- For as long as needed for the security of the service and compliance with the law.
